"Secret" Commands
Geometer has a couple of "secret" commands that are only
available via the keyboard. Here's what they do:
- Ctrl-l
- (This is the lower-case "L" key.) This
command toggles the line width to be wider than normal. If you
so screen-saves to snag an image, the thicker lines can be much
easier to see.
- → (right arrow)
- Moves everything to the right a tiny bit. This actually
changes the coordinates of the vertices.
-
- ← (left arrow)
- Moves everything a bit left.
- ↑ (up arrow)
- Moves everything a bit up.
- ↓ (down arrow)
- Moves everything a bit down.
- Page Up
- Increases the size of the figure (zooms in)
by a factor of 1.01. The zooming is relative to the center of
the drawing area.
- Page Down
- Zooms out by a factor of 1/1.01.
- Ctrl-Page Up
- Rotates all geometry about the
center of the drawing area by an angle of 1 degree clockwise.
- Ctrl-Page Down
- Rotates all geometry about the
center of the drawing area by an angle of 1 degree counter-clockwise.
