Darwin's Finches
There are 14 species of finches on the islands, and all are descended from
a common ancestor. They are very difficult to tell apart, and they do
hybridize from time to time, so figuring out exactly what you've got is
often very difficult. I just gave up.
Here are three different types (or maybe they're all the same type; what
do I know)? But they look different.
